Jenn’s journey in healthcare began with 7 years as an Operating Room Nurse. She transitioned into a provider role after completing a Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. She has 10 years of experience working with a wide variety of individuals who faced serious health challenges.

Throughout her career she has believed that medicine could focus on wellness. As her passion for preventing chronic illness deepened, she obtained Board Certification in Lifestyle Medicine, igniting a fire within her.

Empowering her patients with knowledge and tools to seize control of their health became her mission. Many people do not fully understand the directions "eat better, improve sleep, exercise more, get connected, stop smoking." Jenn has strategies to make these goals a reality. Jenn is dedicated to guiding you in making lasting lifestyle changes to enhance your health and add life to your years.

Nutrition
